The New Bedford Coalition for Animals is a non-profit organization making incredible strides for needy animals. As leaders in animal welfare and education, they run crucial programs that help local shelters. These include the Matching Medical Relief Fund and Pets beside Vets. Additionally, they provide community aid through the the Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program and the Pets Eat Too! Program, which donates pet food to area senior centers. These are just a few of the many programs they run. We encourage animal lovers to volunteer with them or donate to their efforts!
Harmonious Hounds has been a member of this note-worthy organization from the company’s founding in 2011. Lauren is currently honored to serve as President of the Coalition.

Dr. Pitcairn of Chase Farm Vet is the provider for all of Harmonious Hounds’ furry mascots. We credit her and Chase with helping our dog Moses, who has since past, regain his ability to walk as a result of their physical therapy and water treadmill facilities.
