“We reached out to Harmonious Hounds for training assistance with our newly adopted 2 yr old terrier, Jack. We found out very quickly that Jack overreacts to strange people and dogs. This includes behavior like frantically barking and lunging. Meanwhile, as a first time dog owner, I was overwhelmed. Similarly, my wife hadn’t lived with a dog since she was young, so we were concerned we had bitten off more than we could chew.
Harmonious Hounds level of service, attention, and patience was exactly what we needed in order to create a happy and ‘harmonious’ lifestyle with our new family member. We’ve utilized all of their services. We started with 1-on-1 training lessons. This allowed us to eventually feel confident enough to enroll in group classes. Jack is a graduate of their Manners I, Leash Lungers, and Walk About! group classes.
Additionally, since they understand and are skilled at handling all of Jack’s quirks, there was no one better suited to provide daily dog walking and overnight pet sitting. Over time, Jack grew to be able to handled by all of their staff members and even made dog friends!
